Terms of Service — Manazel Egypt

These Terms govern your use of manazelegypt.com and your booking with Manazel Egypt ("we," "us"). By using the site or booking a trip, you agree to them.

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once we receive a signed booking form and the required deposit. Final payment is due 90 days before departure.

2. Pricing

Prices are quoted in US dollars and include the services listed in your itinerary. They exclude international airfare unless explicitly stated, personal expenses, optional excursions, gratuities, and travel insurance.

3. Deposits and cancellations

Deposits are fully refundable for 30 days from receipt.
91 days or more before departure: full refund less a $250/person administrative fee.
61–90 days: 50% of total trip cost retained.
31–60 days: 75% retained.
30 days or fewer: 100% retained.

4. Changes by us

We may occasionally change the itinerary to accommodate safety, weather, or operational realities. Material changes will be communicated promptly and, where reasonable, alternatives offered.

5. Travel insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and required for trips of seven days or longer. We can recommend providers but do not act as an insurance broker.

6. Passports & visas

It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold a valid passport (six months beyond return date) and the appropriate Egyptian visa. We will advise on requirements but cannot be held responsible for denied entry.

7. Health

You are responsible for ensuring you are fit to travel and for any required vaccinations. Please consult a travel medicine clinic well in advance.

8. Limitation of liability

Manazel Egypt acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, ground operators, and other suppliers. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or default of these third parties, nor for force-majeure events including but not limited to weather, civil unrest, government action, or pandemic.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana.
